Patrick Mohr

I am a specialized Frontend Architect based in Montreux, Switzerland, with a technical background spanning over a decade—from IT systems infrastructure to modern web architecture. My approach to development is grounded in engineering precision. While my roots are in media design and photography, I have spent the last 8+ years navigating the technical complexities of the web. I don't just implement designs; I build scalable systems that work.

I have engineered platforms for major Swiss organizations, including GS1 Switzerland and Hotelplan. My work focuses on translating complex technical challenges into elegant, accessible solutions. At Previon, my optimizations contributed to a 23% revenue increase for key client accounts, proving that good code drives business results.

I am currently pivoting my focus from legacy CMS environments (Drupal) to modern, component-based architectures. I specialize in the "hard parts" of the frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Headless CMS integration. I am also actively implementing 3D Gaussian Splatting and WebGL to bring spatial computing to the browser, while optimizing memory and rendering pipelines for real-world applications.

I work fluently in German and English, and I am actively refining my French to fully integrate into the Romandie. I collaborate with teams across Switzerland and the DACH region. When I'm not optimizing render loops, you can find me exploring documentary photography, working on precision woodworking projects, or cultivating microgreens at home.
